Regular online classes with an instructor to restore vision: a class of the week, group practice and posture yoga. Results are achievable even with high-degree myopia and its usual complications.

Isolated 'exercises for the eyes' do not change the way you see every day. The Academy's approach is systemic and holistic: it combines modern and traditional recovery techniques that activate the natural restoration processes of the whole visual system.
It starts with the cause rather than the symptom — how you look every day — and works with the entire system, from the visual areas of the brain to the muscles of the eyes, neck and posture. Release comes before load, because stress-induced muscle blocks are removed by relaxation, not effort.
Classes run on a schedule with an instructor, so habits are built rather than merely learned. More than 1,500 participants from 10 countries have trained with the Academy's methods over the past decade.
Three online classes a week, every week: the class of the week on Monday introduces new material; the group practice on Wednesday works through advanced complexes with feedback from the instructor; Friday's yoga session takes care of posture, neck and back, which are part of the visual system.
Alongside the classes you follow the main programme at home — short daily practices for releasing tension and balancing the eye muscles — and keep a simple log of your visual behaviour through the month, which is where most of the change begins.
Recordings of every class stay in your account, so a missed Monday is never lost, and the six months of access give enough time for the recommended course even with high-degree impairments.
Four or more hours a day at a computer; tired, dry eyes by evening.
Reading and near work have become harder.
Any degree, including high, with its usual complications.
Early vision problems worth catching in time.
The wish to rely on them less.
You prefer to avoid laser correction and keep responsibility for your health.
Monday: the class of the week — a new lesson with the instructor. Wednesday: group practice with advanced complexes and feedback. Friday: yoga for posture, because the neck and back are part of the visual system.
Over a month you also observe your own visual behaviour, which is where lasting change begins.

You start with “Main programme”. It covers: Principles of working with vision; Releasing the main tension; Balancing the muscles of the eyes. Nothing in it assumes knowledge from later parts of the course, so you can begin the day you enrol.
By the end of that first part you will already have done something concrete rather than only watched — and you will know whether the pace suits you. If it does not, the 14-day guarantee means you lose nothing.
Health advice online is loud, contradictory and rarely patient. A structured programme is quieter: it explains the principle, shows the practice slowly, and gives you the time to notice how your own body responds before adding the next piece.
Practices are recorded in full and at a calm pace, so you are never guessing whether you are doing it right. Repetition — the thing that actually changes a body — is built into the design.
Eyes that no longer burn by evening, reading that is easier, and — for many participants — a measurable change in acuity over the six months. More important is the change in how you use your eyes every day: relaxed looking replaces straining, and the habits that caused deterioration are gone.
You finish with a practice you can maintain on your own and a clear understanding of what your eyes need.
No. The programme is educational. With pain, sudden deterioration or a diagnosis requiring treatment, classes complement medical care rather than replace it.
At least three months is recommended for impairments from 3.5 dioptres; six months for degenerative changes. This programme gives six months of access.
