A body-and-mind system that unites yoga, ancient Slavic practices and modern biomechanics and psychophysiology — to relieve back pain, restore mobility and release stress.

Chronic pain in the back, joints and lower back. Stiffness, limited mobility, spasms and tension. Osteochondrosis, protrusions, hernias, arthrosis, scoliosis. Digestive and cardiovascular complaints. Psychosomatic disorders, headaches, chronic fatigue, stress, anxiety and panic.
The system approaches all of them the same way: by starting the body's own natural process of recovery on the physical, psychological and spiritual level — instead of fighting symptoms one by one.
It is a clear, structured algorithm with a scientific basis, developed over years of teaching thousands of practitioners, and it is pleasant enough to become a loved daily practice.
The programme follows the steps of the system in order: awareness and contact with the body, breath and reflexes, deep muscles and posture, psychosomatics, natural movement, and everyday practice. Each step has video lessons, a guided practice to follow and notes on what to notice.
Practices run 20–40 minutes and are shown in full, at a calm pace, with variations for different levels of mobility. You practise at home on a mat; no equipment is needed.
Progress is gradual and cumulative. Most students practise four or five times a week and move to the next step every one to two weeks.
Reconnect with the body, hear its signals and learn how to relate to pain and tension when they arise.
Free the breath and the diaphragm; let the body breathe, sound and yawn as it needs; release tension and reclaim energy.
Practices to strengthen deep muscles, improve posture, unload the spine and balance tension with relaxation.
Build awareness, release emotional blocks and heal stress through meditative practice.
Whole-body, conscious movement that spreads load evenly and removes muscle imbalance.
Harmonious relationships with yourself, your family and the world.
Movement complexes for strength, joint health and feeling the body — so the body learns to correct itself.
Isolated exercises bring temporary relief. The system works on the whole: awareness, breath, deep muscles, movement biomechanics and the psychological patterns that hold tension in place.
Each step builds on the previous one, and every practice is shown in full so you can follow at home at any age and level.

You start with “Awareness and contact with the body”. It covers: Self-observation and feeling; Relating to pain and tension. Nothing in it assumes knowledge from later parts of the course, so you can begin the day you enrol.
By the end of that first part you will already have done something concrete rather than only watched — and you will know whether the pace suits you. If it does not, the 14-day guarantee means you lose nothing.
Health advice online is loud, contradictory and rarely patient. A structured programme is quieter: it explains the principle, shows the practice slowly, and gives you the time to notice how your own body responds before adding the next piece.
Practices are recorded in full and at a calm pace, so you are never guessing whether you are doing it right. Repetition — the thing that actually changes a body — is built into the design.
Pain and stiffness loosen their grip as the deep muscles take over the work the spine was doing alone. Breathing deepens, posture changes without being forced, and movement becomes a pleasure rather than a risk. Stress has somewhere to go.
The system becomes a daily practice you look forward to — the kind of health you can lean on instead of the kind you have to maintain.
